Raajan Gupta is a Unit Manager in the Harrisburg, PA market for Altria Group Distribution Company which currently services 3 Altria Tobacco Companies (Philip Morris USA, US Smokeless Tobacco Company and John Middleton Company). In this role Rajaan is responsible for executing Altria tobacco companies’ marketing and trade programs to grow market share for leading brands such as Marlboro, Copenhagen, Skoal and Black & Mild and lead a team of 5 Territory Sales Managers with 600 retail accounts, 5 chains and 1 wholesale account representing ~$95 M in annual sales. Raajan has been with Altria for four and a half years and before becoming a Unit Manager Rajaan was a Sales Development Associate in Syracuse, NY and a Territory Sales Manager in Brooklyn NY. Prior to working in the consumer packaged goods industry Raajan worked for 6 years in the Airline Industry at John F. Kennedy International Airport for Swissport International Ltd. (a Swiss company headquartered in Switzerland) which provides ground services. Some of the airlines Raajan has worked with are Swiss Air, Emirates, Sabena and Alitalia. Rajaan also held the position of an account manager for Kuwait Airways. Raajan graduated from Baruch College CUNY in NYC with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications in 2007. Raajan speaks Swahili, Hindi, Punjabi and Gujarathi. Raajan Gupta if you can't tell from his name is not from America. In fact I'm surprised that he doesn't go Bob Gupta like all his relatives that have all the conscience stores and 7-11s in my territory. Raajan is called Pinocchio in our Unit because he is a puppet and Joe Packowski pulls his strings. Raajan as you can see above speaks many different languages but what Raajan didn't know so do many other people even the sales people that have to put up with this Dick Head on a daily basis. Raajan was on a field ride with me one day and we just happen to stop by a store that was run by one of his relatives, I mean from the same country as he is. Raajan stepped in the back to talk to the owner and I was going about my work when I over heard their conversation. Raajan did not plan on working with some one who is also fluent in his language. Raajan was telling the manager just how big of an asshole I was and that he hated me and I was going to be his new American project. The owner responded saying, yes all white people are assholes and we have them right where we want them. Raajan followed by saying that I would not be around long and he could not wait to get rid of me. That did not happen because I am still here but I did find out just how big of a Dick Head he was. When we were leaving the store he had the balls to say how good I did in that store and to keep up the good work. The manager really likes you! I wanted to shove a shit load of steak down his throat and drag him back to India tied to my bumper. Raajan will do well with company because he is a huge Dick Head and the other Dick heads always like one of there own. Raajan is the Indian devil in Altria clothes so be careful. Make sure that before you take a position with this company you get it in writing that you don't have to work with Raajan Gupta and Joe Packowski. One day as I was working I felt like I was being followed so I made a couple quick turns and ducked down an alley and I saw Raajan go by. Raajan was following me around my territory. I divided to have some fun with his so I headed to a local strip club and parked near the front door. The strip club was closed but Raajan did not know that. I know the owner so I knocked on the door and stepped into the lobby. I pulled my camera out and took quite a few photos of Raajan documenting what I was doing and then calling some one, Dick Head number 1, Joe Packowski. After he drove off I went back to work. About 20 min later I get a call from Raajan and he and Joe wanted me to meet them immediately. I said sure no problem and went to meet them. I always carry a recording device with me so I was prepared. Word of advice, always record everything you will see why in a min. When I met them they had a folder with them and they said that had some questions for me. I said sure, no problem ask away. Of course they asked me about the strip club and if I had gon there, and I said yes. They also went on to say that they had been following me all day and that I was not doing my job at all. Well for one, I always take pictures of every store with the manager holding today's newspaper to cover my tracks. I now that sounds weird but that is how it is at Altria. Always cover your ass. They started to say that because of my actions they were going to have to let me know. I said on what grounds. Raajan and Joe both said because I had not been to the stores that I said I went to and I was drinking at a strip club on company time. I was Dieing laughing right in from of them. I then proceeded to show them all the pictures of each stores managers with today's newspaper and the photos of Raajan in the parking lot at the strip club. I asked them, what proof did they have that I was drinking in the strip club. Raajan said he saw me, and I was like are you sure about that and again showed the pictures of him n the parking lot, never coming into the club and on top of that told them that the club was closed and handed them the phone number to check. They called and were told that the don't open up till 8.p.m. I look at them bot and asked them if they were sure they wanted to fire me based on my evidence. They immediately started to back peddle and lie about the whole thing. I said is that all? Then walked out, went to my car and phoned H.R in Richmond. They found my pictures and recordings very interesting and the case is still being investigated. So before you apply make sure that you don't get them for bosses or just find another job all together.

On the surface you would say, wow looks like a great guy to work with and for but I can tell you he is not.  This guy is the most ruthless guy in the company behind two other guys that will get their turn in the weeks to come.  I will say though that if you wear nice skirts and have a nice pair of legs you will go far working under him.  When you first begin to work for Joe you will see his nice side and he will promise you the moon but he is quick to turn against you.  Remember that if you go with the flow and are a yes sir or yes mam type of person then this could be the right fit for you.  Never voice your opinions or try to think outside the box.  You will be put down and put in your place every time you try to think on your own.  We have a nick name for Joe in the company and his name is, Joe the TOOLBOX Packowski.  If you look in Websters for the definition of toolbox you will see that goofy face right next to it.  I think that calling him a toolbox is a nice way to put it that he is a DICK HEAD.  There are many times you will have to work with Joe in the field with what they call ride along but they should really call it a day for Joe to take out all of his frustrations of his daily life on Innocent workers within the organization.  Joe does not have a very good home life and is put through hell all the time he is at home.  Because he has no control in his home life he uses his power and control over the employees under him to make them suffer as much as he does when he is home.  If you like to be verbally abused and constantly under the thumb of this Nazi regime then this is the right place for you to work.  Not only is Joe the biggest Dick Head at this company (Altria) but they make their living by telling you tobacco products don't harm anyone and you should push their killing machine on everyone you come in contact with.  Try to explain to your family and children that on a daily basis you have to go out and sell death to everyone whether they wont it or not.  Only in America can a company like Altria exist.  Lets look at it this way, there are three things that continue to grow in the country even in a down economy, Gambling, Alcohol, and tobacco products.  Well you might say why doesn't the government do anything about this.  The answer is that Altria pays the government in channels that are covered up by different names to protect their identity but it is in the Billions of dollars every year.  So before you look at the great pay, company car, and great benefits think to yourself do I want this DICK HEAD holding his thumb on me for the rest of my life.  I know, I work here and continue to do my Job but I don't have a way out right now.  At the first sign of new career trust me I will not walk I will run to the door.  I am a single father of two children and must put food on the table.  But, if I would have had someone giving me this information before I took this job I would have never signed up for this.  Remember send me your emails and I will make sure to post your Dick Head of a boss here also.  Just tell me what makes him or her that way.  Have a great day.  Guru of the Dick Head Information.
